eVoice We have had the service for 2 years and the voice quality is terrible. We want to move the number to a different provider but they will not allow us to PORT the number.

We had the service for two years and it did not work great.  The decision was made to move to another company to resolve the phone quality issues and they will not allow us to "PORT" our phone number.  We were told they own the phone number not us. 

We are now being held hostage by eVoice.  We either need to reprint all marketing material, change all website listings and let all of our cusotmers know about the change or, stay with eVoice and put up with poor quality voice calls.  In addition to that, we will have to pay whatever they decide to charge us if we want to keep the phone # active.
