Exactta Communication I purchased a Sim Card in Rome, Italy, airpt., it was 124 Euro, TEXT never worked, made 4 ph. calls, and told would be refunded, 4 mos. later, never refunded, they lie and act like they will take care of it, and now, will not ans. my calls or e-mails. They are terrible customer service and do not stand by their product, though they act like they do. Rome, Italy exactta.com

I was in Italy last Fall, and purchased a "Sim Card" from Exactta, the card was supposed to allow texting and calling. It did not allow texting, after several attempts, I called them, and did as they said, removing the card, then resetting it. It NEVER WORKED, they told me I'd get a REFUND, I have made about 50 phone calls and 30 E-mails, they Promise to send a refund to my bank account, and NEVER REFUNDED ME. It is now 4 Months, and all their false promises have lead me to write this. I paid $168 for this card, made only 3 local (Italy) calls and 1 home to tell family I was alive. I AM WRITING TO TELL ALL OF YOU TO NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THE EXACTTA COMPANY. They DO NOT stand behind their products and act like they will and never do. IT has cost me time and money. The past month, they HAVE NOT ANSWERED MY CALLS. The last e-mail I got was on 1/7/14: 
"Dear Mrs. Weilbacher,

Thank you again for your e-mail.

We understand your position, but we are waiting the transaction from Rome because your case has been approved.

We apologize for this long delay.

THANK YOU for your reply. Will you please expedite the payment. And tell me when it will be transferred to my account. Also, please tell me the amount of the refund.

I previously told them I would be posting to all social media if I do not get a refund, by 12/30/13, today I'm starting on FB. Today is 1/24/14, they are not answering my phone calls, hang up if they do pick up in Argentina, Itally doesn't answer the phone at all.  No one answers my e-mails, as you can see above.  I did speak to a rep. on 1/23/14, they said to e-mail the last e-mail to them.  (I have done this several times in the past 4 months), they'd take care of it, and never e-mail me back, and then do not answer the phone when I call, or put me on hold and disconnect me when I mention refund.
