Stay away from Craig Hallman. He advertises on Autotrader as a "private seller". however, he's really a high pressure salesman that has no cars in stock and gets them from auctions. Bought a Mercedes from him. The car had many, many issues - including a blown engine head, bent rims, etc. I had a specked out a MB with Navigation. He brings me a car w/o navigation, a single key and no books, but refuses to give me back the $1000 deposit. He "salvages" the deal by offering to remove the navigation system from another MB and install it in my car within 10 days, finding books to give me a paying for a new key. I even made him sign a "I Owe You" letter. It's been over one month now of repeated calls. His excuses are range from "I am with a client, can't talk right now" to "my MB contact had her leg amputated, you're going to have to call back." The only solution is to take him to court. Save yourself the hassle. Stay away from him.

Its funny how just anyone can right a report on this ripoff site. I have been a dealer for over 25 years now. I have dealerships located in NY, FL, and CA. Not one of my dealerships have ever sold this car to this person. I truly believe that this report was made by a jealous local Automobile dealer thats trying to hurt my business. The person posting this should spend more time on finding out how to make his business work instead of trying to hurt mine. To the Jealous person that posted this ad, if this is what you think it takes to steel business from me its not going to work. Im known world wide and have 25 years in and over 50,000 Automobiles sold. If i was you i would close my doors now and try a new business because this one takes a lot more then you can put into it. Anyone that knows me and reads this knows what kind of Automobiles i have for sale at my dealerships.
