Six months ago we were approached by a representative of Ryan Eagle, who we found out later that it was Mr. Eagle himself posing as a "representative". My company primarily does commodities trading out of Chicago. Ryan Eagle approached us expressing interest in our operation, offering $250k in cash for growth expansion. He required us to disclose all the supplier and vendor contacts and I did so with no hesitation. The first week he was incredibly helpful and made it seem like he's actually going to be helping us. He also asked us to deposit $15,000 in his HSBC account to start the investment process. Little did we know what he's been plotting on us. 

During the second week we got an odd phone call from one of our vendors telling us that some Ukrainian corporation has been trying to undercut us. It took us nearly a month to get to the bottom of it. During this time, my business partner suffered a major loss due to Ryan Eagle, and almost had a heart attack in the process.

As it turns out, Ryan Eagle, the scammer, stole our business model and contacts, he setup an offshore corporation in Ukraine under his fiance Dana Samelyuk's sister. Dana Samelyuk and Ryan Eagle are scammers, truly made for each other, so much so that they put Bonny and Clyde to shame. 

At this point we wanted a refund on our $15,000, but we couldn't expect what was about to happen. Ryan Eagle, the scammer, started ignoring our calls and emails. He threatened to come after my family. He sent his band of offshore virtual assistants our way to defame our business. He attacked our vendors but that wasn't even enough for him. Ryan Eagle had his cronies harass the 16 year old daughter of my business partner on social media. He outright admitted to have hired offshore assistants to ensure it doesn't come back to him. (he deleted the message later but I have a screenshot of it).

My business partner had suffered a cardiac arrest earlier this week due to all this drama. I am going to sue this b*****d. 

What's worse here is that his parents support all his actions. Does anyone wonder why? Ryan Eagle has been scamming consumers and businesses for nearly two decades. FTC had sued Ryan Eagle multiple times.

Ryan Eagle Scammer's Mom Valerie Eagle used to work as a Compliance Manager for his company Eagle Web Assets. Eagle Web Assets had stolen millions of dollars from several affiliate marketers and has been a subject of a class-action lawsuit. Just google the name "Eagle Web Assets Scam", and "Ryan Eagle Scam".

Ryan Eagle, Valerie Eagle, Dana Samelyuk, and Tom Eagle MUST be jailed for life. This crooked family enjoys the wealth of money they've gained from all the scams they've run over the years. His brother Kyle Eagle (who's supposedly dead now) has been the centre of Eagle Web Assets Scam. Ryan Eagle's father Tom Eagle and his mother Valerie Eagle aided in hiding all the money offshore.

Ryan Eagle and his parents Valerie Eagle, Tom Eagle must be ashamed of their actions. I would have killed myself had I parented a son like Ryan Eagle. Some say Ryan Eagle's brother Kyle Eagle changed his identity and is reportedly living in Ukraine after Ryan Eagle scammed everyone. Stay away from Ryan Eagle, Sidago Integrated Solutions and XCell Fund.

I will be reporting all this to the Department of Justice as most of Ryan Eagle's companies are just fronts for money laundering and human trafficking. Ryan Eagle threatened to send "Ukranian Mafia" to my home if I didn't shut up. $15,000 is a lot of money for us. My business operates on 5% profit margin, that means I have to conduct an additional $300,000 in business to make up for it. Ryan Eagle drove me to depression and is responsible for my partner's ill health. He has no conscience.
