Eyal Berger, Akerman LLP A-Hole Berger TERRIBLE ATTORNEY / LAWYER / LAW FIRM Fort Lauderdale Florida

I called the law firm Akerman LLP to get information from someone who introduced himself as a bankruptcy / credit attorney, Eyal Berger, and initially made me feel very nice and comfortable. So, I went ahead and set up an appointment with him. 

However, when I arrived Upon arrival he turned into a major A-hole. On the phone I got the clear message the the initial consultation was free. But then when I got there he said he would not give me any info until I agreed to pay him thousands of dollars. I went on to tell him that I was there because my accounts had been frozen and that I didn’t have the money to pay him until next payday. 

Attorney Eyal  Berger was not helpful at all. In fact, he was totally condescending and arrogant. He totally lied to me and told me not to go to court when the person I spoke with, who was an attorney, confirmed that I should go. Eyal Berger (AKA “A-Hole”  Berger) denied the fact that the person I spoke with before was an attorney. Then he backpedaled and quickly retracted that statement when he realized I had taken notes and he knew that notes from our previous call were put in the system. 

Eyal Berger then wanted me to pay him thousands of dollars without even agreeing he would be able to do anything for me. He then went on to pull a half a*s credit report. I told him that was not my complete debt, he stated it was MY responsibility to obtain that info not theirs. So basically I have to pay him thousands of dollars to start yet I would be the one who would have to do all the work. 

So after being totally insulted by him I went against my better judgement and went to this attorneys office even after reading all of the NEGATIVE reviews about this Law Firm, Akerman LLP. I do not suggest wasting your time or money on this rip off firm. They will NOT help you at all. They are MEAN and will NOT take any responsibility if something goes wrong. They should be fined, better yet they should NOT be allowed to be in the business of practicing law. They take HUGE advantage of people in bad situations. They are MONSTERS. That is NOT was I was looking for in an attorney. DO NOT USE THEM. Businesses should be compensated for providing a service NOT ripping people off like Eyal Berger and Akerman LLP. If you continue to do business with them you will keep this cycle going.

END IT!!! PUT AKERMAN LAW FIRM OUT OF BUSINESS ONCE AND FOR ALL!!!!
