Fabian Dominguez State Jail unhumanity, cruel, unsanitary, not following regulations San Antonio , Texas

I would like to report the way things are being ran at Dominguez State Jail in San Antonio, Texas . The inmates in the factuality are being treated inhumanity and very cruelly..

As of right now three people have already died in there and to my knowledge it is due to not receiving their medications that they needed for their health conditions . The Dr in there is 81 I believe and is insisting that inmates do not need medications that they have been on for 25 years or more . I have two loved ones in the factuality and they both are on medications for seizures .

One of them has COPD  and also is taking medication for his head due to a wreck he had prior to coming to the jail . This really concerns me due to the inmates needing their medication to keep them healthy and as of right now they have NO hot water in the jail ..they are withholding their mail that people send to them and also putting blocks on calls when the inmates are not on suspension. This really needs to be looked into before more people die .

It doesn't matter in my opinion what an inmate is  in there for they are still human and need to be taken care of while they are in there . I understand their is to be disciple when they act up but not being neglected medication to survive or not having hot water when it is very cold outside and they are freezing to death . I would really like if someone would pass this on to where some investigation can be done here .

I have others that are willing to writes reports as well to get this resolved .
