The information provided in this report below is based on comments made by Tami Kautzman during an onsite inspection held by a third-party verification company with no biases towards Family Chateaux.

Kautzman Alliance operates on an invitation-only network that provides access to direct and co-investment opportunities presented by their family office network. This service provides sustainability for family-owned businesses and allows them to build a community of like-minded businesses. Tami Kautzman stated the following in regards to her role within her company, "I am a registered representative with FINRA and I work with investors and investment sponsors. I assist in capital raise if they are looking for capital. I help them raise money for their project. I also hold events for my client relationship dinners and I put on an annual summit."

Leads for Kautzman Alliance are 100% referral based. Due to the unique nature of Kautzman Alliance's clients, Ms. Kautzman has developed a relationship based process in order to provide her services. She proceeded to explain the process, "when a client or relationship is forwarded to me. I build a relationship with them and get to know them. If they are referred by another entity that I am familiar with or that I have a relationship with I can do a background check on them quite easily. Most of my clients are very well known, very successful entrepreneurs. I do a check, but they do need to be referred in. If they need me to assist them and want to hire my consulting practice they can do so. Otherwise, if they want to just come and attend events and meet their peers they can do so. I work in a strict no sales environment, I am a resource I do not sell into my group."





CUSTOMER CARE & COMPLAINT RESOLUTION – FAMILY CHATEAUX

When asked to comment on complaints posted on Ripoff Report's website Ms. Kautzman expressed that the complaints originated from a referral to her company. While he had a great referral he could not provide the financial information needed to approve him for their services. However, upon contacted this individual Ms. Kautzman was informed that he wanted to sell an investment opportunity to Kautzman Alliance, "I asked him to leave because I believe I have a very strong fiduciary responsibility to protect my clients. People that come into sell into the group because there is a very strict process because I am FENRA registered. Prior to any investment opportunity being discussed, we need to put fee agreements in place, we need to due diligence the opportunity, and check out people to make sure they don’t have any FCC filings against them. He did not go through this process. I asked him to leave the group and found out later that He is being investigated by the FCC." This individual reacted by placing personal attacks on Ripoff Report's website. He currently involved in a lawsuit with two clients associated with Kautzman Alliance. In order to assure future and current clientele Kautzman Alliance is monitored by governmental regulatory agencies, the FCC, and FINRA.

When asked what type of changes they have made to honor their commitment to making things right with the consumer per the request of Ripoff Report, Ms. Kautzman stated that she now performs background checks on referrals that she doesn't personally know.

It is very damaging. You need to hire someone to monitor that. If someone had fact checked anything they said they would have found out by talking to my 100 other clients that it's completely false. FAMILY CHATEAUX (LINK) The report was produced by a prospective member of the Family Chateaux that was introduced by a highly regarded client. When we got to know this individual, we as a group considered him not qualified to be a member or client. After we did a check online we found he was involved in a number of lawsuits and was being investigated by the SEC.

This report about TAMI KAUTZMAN, of the FAMILY CHATEAUX and KAUTZMAN ALLIANCE.  Both are sham entities that Tami Kautzman uses to lure unsuspecting investors in by promising them that will be a part of a "exclusive club". But it is far from that. She will accept anyone who pays the annual fee,,,which really goes to pay for NOTHING, except to support her own personal expenses. A few gatherings here and there, held at other people homes, who pay to sell their deals to the "members". She uses the fact that she is Armand Marciano's sugarbaby to try to sell her deals, which she charges way beyond normal brokerage fees. I have been HEVILY SOLICITED at these meetings EVERY TIME and the meetings have more salespeople and brokers than family members. Other people have also had very poor results from investing in the few deals she has peddled. This is clearly something the SEC or FINRA will want to look into. By using the charade of a exclusive networking club, she is peddling deals that no one else wants and from groups that are clearly desprate to get rid of them. BE WARNED.
