Family Solution Center LLC Warren Scott & Brian Rothenburg Santa Barbara, CA - they took my money without asking, had to cancel my credit card inorder for them to not get anymore money. I requested information as to what they were doing but never any calls ba Santa Barbara, California

Called this company to ask questions about how they might help us. Instead they demanded a credit card and 100.00 to get started. Then after we sent the information and then called them for a phone appointment we waited and waited for the call back. But none. then when they did call they did not say too much except send more paperwork. Then I noted the 59.00 taken from the account. I called them back ASAP and they said well its our fee to talk to you. I said oh hell no. You have done nothing as of yet. Well we are working on it. I told my husband no more money until we know whats up. Then they called again and spoke to my husband after I had emailed them and said I want the information by email and no other way. HE did not know what it was about because they spoke fast and then said they would call back when I got home. Nothing. Yet they took another 59.00 with out asking. After I told them no more money. So I called the bank cancelled the card and filed fraud charges on them. I emailed and called them to tell them to go to h*ll since all they were doing is taking money from our checking account and we are on a limited income. And yet no answers to my questions about how our information was progressing. NOTHING. They are fraudulent company and do nothing but take your money. Now the scary part is our personal information is out there and anyone can get it. But I had to take the steps to block my account from them and change cards. That is wrong. This company needs to be shut down.
