Fandango LLC block my fandango account because i reported fraud

I had $51 in credit in my fandango account and someone used $21 in credit to purchase ticket at another theaters and I let fandango know, they are telling me my entire account is frozen and I need to create a new fandango account in order to use fandango and I cant get the remainder of my #31 debit card company unless I tell my credit card fraud was committed and there was no fraud committed with my credit car, someone used my credit from my fandango account.

they wont give me my credit that's in my fandango account because someone used 21 dollars from my account unathorized
