Warning! Do Not Work With Faye Brooks Of The Hartford Insurance Company!
Claims Adjustor Faye Brooks is in my opinion a complete and total snake in the grass.
Do not work with her as your Claims Adjustor if you are assigned to her by The Hartford Insurance Company, as this b***h will, under the pretext of being a “nice person,” proceed to dig and dig into irrelevant issues in order to not only deny any and all legitimate claims that you may have, but also to do her utmost best to get your entire insurance policy coverage canceled, or non-renewed, AFTER you have paid your insurance premiums of course.
She is literally the Devil Incarnate, and if you see her name on your insurance policies, run in the opposite direction and DEMAND a different Insurance Claims Adjustor immediately.
If she has already screwed you over, please report her to the New York Department of Financial Services at https://www.dfs.ny.gov/ or to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau at https://www.consumerfinance.gov/
