Millions of Federal Employees are receiving e-mails from duncan@federalemployeeadvocates.com. However, they never respond to your requests. When going to their site federalemployeesadvocates.com, there is no contact information, what-so-ever. No phone numbers, no other e-mail addresses, no names, nothing. It appears to be a scam. Do not respond to them, in any way. Simply delete their e-mail from your account. It's a fishing scam. The only thing that really upsets me is that the federal government, so d**n concerned about "e-mail and Internet security, is letting this slip by, into, what is supposed to be, secured government e-mail addresses. The IT at the VA was little help, as they really don't give a crap. We receive very little junk mail at the VA, since it's "filtered" and "blocked". So, how did this get through? If it's a ligitimate site and not a scam, please respond to this complaint and explain why you folks don't have contact info on your "web-site."

We do not understand why this federal employee is so angry about receiving an email from us.  We email federal employees to offer them an opportunity to join a federal benefit training webinar.  This webinar teaches them about their federal benefits and we have an over-whelming amount of people thanking us for our service to them.

And regarding the fact that there is "no contact information" on our website is a complete lie.  In the right hand side on our main page www.federalemployeeadvocates.com, you will clearly see a "Contact Us" button.   Click that and you have all the contact information you need.
