Fero funeral Home SCI IncorporatedDignity Memorial In order to main high customer satisfaction ratings an employee of Fero Funeral Home/Dignity Memorial alters customer data by changing the address of customers who he feels might not rate his and or the companies performance satisfactory. On many occasions Jim/James Mcmichael would change the customers address to his home address and then throw away the survey cards on e he received them at home. Mr. Mcmichael would then go back into Dignity Memorial's database and change the address back to the correct customer address. Beverly Hills Florida

 I am the original author of this report. I wrote it over four years ago after an emotional breakup with the individual that is in the report. Immediately, I realized that acting out in anger is wrong. I made assumptions without verifying the information because I was angry. I caused significant damage to the individual in this report in error. I apologize for the damage I caused and if I could I would delete the entire report. My statements were false and even in making those statements, the person I spoke about did not retaliate. That in my opinion is true character. I am truly sorry for the statements I made and once again I will say they are not true.

 The following report is incorrect and is based on wrong information. Mr. Mcmichael has a spotless reputation with Dignity Memorial. Mr. Mcmichael is known by all of those who have done business with him, as a man with integrity and character.

SCI Inc./Dignity Memorial took this incident very serious and took the appropriate and necessary steps to correct what Jim Mcmichael of Brookesville did on behalf of their company. They were honorable and defended their company's reputation. Jim Mcmichael will have to find another funeral home in Brookesville/Hernando County to scam.
