fh furr complaint

The Furr plumber, Drew Hinton, came off as a salesman with a hard sales pitch. He did not consider solutions other than costly disruptive ones. He accused me of tampering with the plumbing - I did not - and chose not to finish the job.

Old broken fixtures were not replaced. He then charged us over $2000 for 4 hours of work.

I am concerned that FH Furr is more interested in generating business than looking out for their client. Buyer beware.
