Fidelity Corp, Inc RIP OFF HARD EARNED MONEY!!!! Jacksonville, Florida

My father was laid off from work in Feb. of 2009.  Due to this misfortune he tried to make ends meet with the unemployment benefits offered to him.  One of the biggest debts he has is his home mortgage. 

A representative of the company Fidelity Corp, Inc called his home stating that this company could help him refinance his home to lower the interest rate and monthly payment.  My dad sacrificed alot making payments to this phantom company. 

During the time that he was making payments a man kept calling to secure the payments, yet after he had paid all the dues the calls stopped.  When I tried to get in touch with this man, the number that I called was to an answering service that reroutes the phone calls to different extensions for these so called mortgage companies.

These people robbed my father and I hope that they can be stopped.  My father should get his money back, but by who?

Don't allow this to go unpunished!!!!
