Financial Payment House Ltd is supposedly based in Hong Kong and offers Int. Project Funding.

However there were 2 major issues with this Co

1 - The physical address they listed as their office, when checked the office did not exist and they refused to explain why

2 - To get funding you needed to buy insurance protection of over US$100,000

Another up-front fee scam operation using a fake address to try to convince people they are genuine. The address is real but the Co does not exist at the address they give.
