First Allegiance (property management) They owed me over 20k twice in a year between january 2019 and December 2019 and it took them a minimum 5 months past the due day of net 45 that they contractually signed with the contractor to pay in full both times. Bayonne Nj

First Allegiance (property management) I’m a Contractor, I signed a net 45 agreement. In a one year span they have owed me over 20k on two separate occasions for completing multiple jobs simultaneously. Now both times it has taken over 5 months for me to be paid in full. This second time I should have been paid in full 4 months before the world fell apart, but they do t even have a reason why they won’t pay me my money nor a department to handle contractors overdue money.

They put me in a bind and could care less, they still owe me $5000 of what was due to me in December but are sending only $500 a month with no explanation as to win I will receive what was owed to me in total 5 months ago . They treat contractors like garbage. They force you to file a civil suit.
