After several months of utilizing the service my final payment they charge me a late fee of $50 because according to Tom I was late during the contract and his employees did not notify him of the agreement they made with me to allow me to change payment dates.  Then my boss told me that they took advantage of me as they charged me for getting inquiries off that were schedued to come off anyway.  When I inquired about the late fee and the charges for getting items off that were scheduled to come off anyway Tom screamed at me and called me a spoiled rotten pain of a client.  I reminded him that he did not say these things for several months but now he is acting like I am the worst human alive, even though when I was unaware of the fact that these inquiries automatically come off of my credit I referred two people for the service.  

 

When I demanded only the $50 returned he charged as a late fee, as the final email said I owed $25 he told me no and to not call back or email ever again.  I told him I would report him to The Better Business Bureau and Ripoff Report (I have never done anything like this before) he said go ahead and do it I will release all of your dirty laundry for everyone to see.  I responded that he would be committing a crime he said go ahead and file a complaint and I will do it and no one can prove it!  This guy is an animal that is taking advantage of people, I am a 27 year old female that makes a little over minimum wage that just wanted help.  I live alone in a studio and get no help from anyone so yes the $50 really matters to me.

 

In the future I would never recommend this service to anyone, ever.  When a grown man has to be abusive especially over $50 for something he admits his staff approved of me changing the payment dates and then gets verbally abusive to a young female I wounder what he is doing in business.  I do not think he will last long treating people with disdain and arrogance.  If you are searching for references on the web on this company and man run the other way!

 Our services are very simply defined. We charge nothing upfront. We only dispute items that clients have agreed to dispute. Clients are given over 30 days to be prepared to pay for the agreed charges. 1) client was NEVER prepared to pay her charges. She required extended payment plans for all invoices 2) Even after accommodating with small extended payments client would not pay them on time. Instead, we would have to chase her for every payment 3) Our agreement provides a $50 late fee if you do not pay your bill in a timely manner. Client received multiple graces in the form of waved late fees. At some point a person needs to be responsible for what they agreed to. She became abusive to the staff and demanded the grace. When we would not remove her final late payment she decided she would try and hold our reputation hostage We've been in business since 2012 and this is the only customer to come forth in this manner. Accept it for the case of entitlement that it is.
