Flag City Furniture and Bedding Bad customer service, abusive Findlay Ohio

 This company didn't respond to my requests regarding a broken couch for over a month, when I gave them a negative review they posted this statement. This is how people try to treat a business to try to force them to do what they want and not what is right.. Mr Trutt absolutely destroyed his furniture and trying to blame us for why the furniture is broken or for not taking care of the issue.... if you break your television by knocking off your stand that is not warranty....if you jump on you furniture and rip every spring out of it that is not warranty nor poor quality or any of the things that are alleged in this review...it is just sad that people use reviews as a way to try to extort their desires instead of what is right. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS BREAKING AND HAVE NOT TREATED ANYONE POORLY IN ANY MANNER. THIS IS JUST SOMEONE TRYING TO BLAME SOMEONE ELSE FOR THE WAY THEY TAKE CARE OF THE THINGS THEY OWN. Once again I think is disheartening to exaggerate so many things about our small family business that sells great products at a great price, and try to use this forum get something for nothing when nothing is owed. This is just not repairable.... This is an outright lie, I did not break this furniture due to anything other than normal use. Further they posted pictures they took of the couch on their website without my consent.
