I will not tell you where I live exactly because of fear of your violent ways . Your company sold me a Timberwolf wood insert with a crappy installation . You took my money and sent two inexperienced men to install this wood insert which doesn't work properly . The public needs to know about your shady practices and threats you make to paying customers . Your bullying ways cant be tolerated by good paying customers anymore . I've done research into you and im not  the only unhappy customers and im sure others will come forward and voice their displeasure. I've also spoke to a Eastchester Police officer friend of mine and he has warned me to call the Police  immediately if you pose a threat and informed me of some crazy things you did recently . This is not the platform to discuss that or embaress you more but the public needs to know your a liar and also threaten people because you feel they are bothering you 

Hi, my name is John Troiano, actual birth name is Giovanni Biaggio Troiano.  I’m a 40 year old happily married father of two children and owner of Flames Inc. I typically work from 7ish to 7ish Monday-Saturday and currently earn less than an average entry level worker but wouldn’t trade it for the world. We have something good and it’s getting better everyday. While a regular job may offer a 401k and health insurance, I’m confident we’ll offer these perks in the near future.

My wife and brother share the burden of being my right and left hands in the business. Flames also employs 4 service men with varying degrees of experience. 3 are consistently late for work but never complain when the day runs into night or when asked to work 6 days a week. Collectively, they’re working on punctuality but overall, they’re great guys. 

The good news is we’re growing… We just purchased a Van with a lift gate, an articulating boom able to go 56 feet vertically and 29.5 feet horizontally (get to most of those hard to reach chimneys)  as well as a CNC Plasma table, capable of producing custom fireplace fronts and accessories with the click of a button. 

I googled world’s best companies, then searched complaints about some of those on the list and realized no company is perfect, not the first nor the last including us.

We work hard to ensure every customer is satisfied but realize sometimes we fall short. When an issue arises we do everything within our means to implement an acceptable resolution.

Our records indicate we’ve yet to install a wood insert in Ardsley. Right, you’re probably not from Ardsley but an adjoining town and because you fear repercussion you didn’t put your actual town. 

Sure you got the right place? We send 3-4 sometimes 5 guys to install a wood insert given the weight.

Did you contact the authorities? Even the threat of violence is against the law. Your story would be more believable if it occurred in the lawless days of the wild west. 

The only real story here is how easily unsubstantiated slander is cast over the internet, a modern day Wild West.
