I use them six years ago and it took six months to get the product and that's only because I got my bank involved, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered more product in December 2020 it is now the end of March 2021 and I cannot get them to send me a tracking number or send an email telling me what's going on. I noticed on their website they do not mail to PO Box is, that is all we have in my town so I emailed them told them the problem and ask them what I can do to remedy the situation. They took my money gave me a confirmation number and have gone silent nothing but crickets. They will not take a phone call or anything.
