 1. Smokes out by the entrance door where kids walk in 2. I put my exit of the gym in writing and submitted it to the owner and coach and since I intended on leaving the following month I was asked to leave. My child worked out 3 of the 12 classes for the month of may and the owner refused to pro rate the month even though I was told we could no longer workout with the team. 3. Due to how we were being treated I canceled my daughters party that was 4 weeks away and I am being denied my payment I made. She is not stating it was a deposit and it was not it was a payment I wanted to make to have less of balance on the day of the party. No mention when booking that it was non refundable and there is no contract signed between us.
