The following is the email I sent Florida Beach Destinations. I realize the will say I signed the paperwork. I wasn't looking for magic. I know how bad the economy is and how difficult it is to sell a timeshare. Several times during our meeting, we told them how we had never heard of selling to anyone out of the country. They assured us they contacts that could help us.

To Florida Beach Destinations: I would like to know what would I have to do to cancel. I would be willing to give up the first payment and deposit that was made. My wife and I signed up around September 30,2011. I can't remember the first 2 salesmans we spoke with, but we were completely lied to. I have a card for Patrick Reilly 386-314-1206. My wife and I specifically said we thought it was a good service, but that we had a timeshare where we still owed a great amount. I believe it was Patrick and another gentleman that was maybe of Hispanic descent. They both spoke of how the 2nd guy knew someone that could list our timeshare for us. They said they list with people in other countries, so we'd get more looks than here. We already know how hard it is to sale. You almost have to completely give them away. Patrick also said we had 3 days to cancel if it didn't work. Well, all they did was give my information to the same Timeshare Broker Services that I'd seen on he internet. Also, the agent didn't contact us until a week after we had signed up, which was past our so-called 3 days. She also wouldn't even take our timeshare because we owed so much on it. What horrible sales tactics. We told over and over how we liked what we saw, but couldn't afford to pay for the timeshare and Florida Beach Destinations, and we were completely lied to. So what are you going to do?????
