Florida One Property and Management Sunshine Property Management Townhomes At Aragon Advesarial HOA Association that uses Lawyers to impose illegal fees, Boca Raton FL

Recently this HOA is setting up a gambit, gimmick using the name Sunshine Property Management, 9825 Marina Blvd #100, Boca Raton, FL 33428. And has put Tow Away Signs around Compound but when you call the Tele no-one answers, another gambit and gimmick used by illegals to say they are helping but are playing around the criminal element within this Sanctuary City of Sunrise. HUD Complaint Form and Responses(1/5/2017, no-one has responded)
Dear HUD Complaint Investigator,
Please add this new anti-Homeowner activity on stealing our Trash can by the Trash workers last Thrusday 1/5. This is not the community of honest, decent, moral citizens we are used to and continue have problems with them.

As a follw-up we recieved a call from your HUD representative but nothing else since. We would like to have some type of follow-up that the parties conducting these, anti-civil, anti-commerce, anti-family, criminal functions responsible for their actions since all we are
getting is angry City workers dedicated to increasing more crime, more taxes and mayhem to us. Again our complaint has the Police Department that has gone mute and for doing so these people continue to have FREE Will over us.

Since buying this property thru Veterans to retire here in Aug/2014, all we have had is problems with the primarily Haitians and Hindu families that are Renters and Illegals. We have had to seek help from the corrupt HOA, City of Sunrise and Police to find ourselves abandoned by these groups and now being intimidated with increased fees, traffic ticket and a 25% of property taxes. We sense that since we are Puerto Rican we are being intimidated, discriminated and impoverished for seeking that our property values are respected but these groups want us to move with these tactics.

As Puerto Ricans, US citizens either by jelousy, hatred, ignorance or plain harassment we think these people refuse to accept we are US citizens and think they are dealing with foreigners. Again I am a US citizen, Veteran, Senior, Degreed, no criminal record, Bilingual and do not think this is the way to "honor" those that have served this Nation. Why do you believe you are being discriminated against?: We think the reason is primarily race, religion, national origin, we are pro-family status but these renters promote parking violations, and late hour activities many that are trespass in nature, and disability.
