The information provided in this report below is based on comments made by Geno Yauchler during an onsite inspection held by a third party verification company with no biases towards Florida Water Analysis.

Florida Water Analysis is a water testing service that offers free water testing for homes, offices, restaurants, and industrial facilities in Florida. In addition to testing they offer their clients water softeners, water filtration systems, treatment solutions, and several other solutions to provide their clients with the most high quality water service. Gino Yauchler stated the following about his company, "our basic business model is to purify, soften, and condition water for customers who want better water in their home."

Leads for Florida Water Analysis are obtained through mailing potential customers to see if they would be interested in free water testing. If the potential client is interested they can fill out a form provided in the mail out and Florida Water Analysis will reach out to them to begin their professional relationship. Mr. Yauchler went on to describe one of the many services they offer their clients, "when somebody decides they want healthier water then we install the equipment. A year from then we will come back, and a year after that we come back for as long as they own the equipment." He additionally stated, "even if they no longer live in that home we will still come to that piece of equipment and continue to service it." The products that Florida Water Analysis offers its clients have a lifetime warranty.



CUSTOMER CARE & COMPLAINT RESOLUTION – FLORIDA WATER ANALYSIS

During the onsite interview Mr. Yauchler was asked to describe a situation where a client was not satisfied with the level of service they received. Mr. Yauchler expressed that they very rarely experience complaints with their products, but he did give an example of a customer who purchased a no salt water conditioner and they thought they had purchased a water softener. In order to remedy situations like this, "we have on many occasions replaced it at no charge to that customer and put in system in place of what they had."

When asked to comment on complaints posted on Ripoff Report's website Mr. Yauchler addressed one of the complaints that was from a past employee that was only with their company for a month and a half. Mr. Yauchler expressed the following, "she came from some other water company and came here. I guess she left there for some reason, came here, and didn’t find what she was looking for. [She] then demanded that she get all of her commissions that day. A lot of these customers we didn’t get funded on right [away] so you got to have funding to pay the sales person...she wanted all her money up front and because she didn’t get everything she wanted instantly she did the report on rip off report posing as a customer." In order to further assure future and current clients Mr. Yauchler has been in the water testing business since 1990. He additionally stated, "we’ve always been on the customers side. We have always made an effort to make sure that if a customer is not happy we send a service technician out to make it right. That’s why we have an A plus rating with the Better Business Bureau and other organizations as well.”

Ripoff Report would like to let readers know that Ripoff Report emailed this customer so the member business could make things right with them. STATEMENT FROM FLORIDA WATER ANALYSIS:


This complaint was the start of the whole Rip off report being on our radar. It was most likely made by a past sub-contracted sales rep whom worked for us for only 3 weeks, NOT A CUSTOMER. It turns out she had been arrested 8 times before for theft under her real name, and changed her name because of it. BEWARE. Her first name is Renee, she is about 6 feet tall with dark hair, and is dangerous. DO NOT LET HER INTO YOUR HOME. We do background checks, and nothing came up until we did a bit more research after she went crazy. What do I mean went crazy? She sent hundreds of text messages to me demanding money on sales that she made only days before and threatening me and my employees. We all here know that there is a lag in financing, and that was all she wrote for business because she charged so much. We let her go for many reasons, one of them being she wanted to charge more than we had for list prices on our equipment, and she didn't believe in Reverse Osmosis. She thought that a water softener was all anyone would ever need, and wanted to sell them for $6500 by themselves. We don't do that. and we wait for a customer to go through the 3 day right of rescission, and for the finance company to call the customer to make sure the installation and everything else went well before we pay the rep. It is our way of guaranteeing customer satisfaction. Funny thing is, this person's commission check was in the mail when she made this report in revenge against us for not paying her immediately and letting her go. You can't fix crazy, but you can fire it.

The owner Eugene , Geno, gene yauchler is a scum bag who has been scamming the public and reps for 26 years. His prior companies have been under investigation for fraud and deceptive business practices. Buyer be really aware, run from this company.
