on 6/5/22 I met with *** and his sidekick **** and signed a contract for a new unground pool. They took a $20,100 deposit and after 4.5 months of back forth we are left with nothing. They make excuses about returning the deposit and don't answer calls or texts. After researching **** had multiple lawsuits and his business shut down because he would take peoples money and not provide contracted services. *** has done this to many people as well he is a general contractor posing to be a licensed pool builder. He used a pool builders license without his permission to apply for our permit. Do yourself a favor and file criminal charges with local authorities these two scammers need to be charged they have done this to multiple people and continue to do it.File a complaint with **** of business and local county licensing /permit **** as well as civil suit.
