Company add charge extra fees and penalties ($25 monthly) if not using Direct Debit and when I called to set it up 2 weeks in advance to save the extra fees (I called on the 10th and premium pmt. due on the 24th), they said it is too late and I have to pay the extra fees anyway. When I asked what will be the premiums on the "Direct Debit" they said it depend if I pay from checking,saving, credit card or debit card and still couldn't provide a straight answer about the premium although they did provide a quote at the beginning of the policy.
