In my opinion, a very corrupt Property Management Company. Our property manager Sarah put tenants in our property without vetting them. They had an eviction, had skipped out on previous landlords, and lied on their application and lease.

After they were caught with unallowable pets and I asked Sarah to send them a 10 day notice, she told them they could keep them an sign an addendum. Had to call her boss (who is equally corrupt) and force them to send the 10 day notice. Had to send her multiple emails over the course of 48 hours to get her to schedule an inspection for us inside the property. She goes over there, unannounced, and sends us an email saying the property is in "perfect condition".

Needless to say, when we get a chance to do our inspection 2 days later, we find lots of damage. The three puppies the tenants had chewed up irrigation lines, pool equipment, knobs, and half a dozen plants. Inside there was chewed up carpet among other things. Not only did the tenants not get rid of the 3 dogs, but turns out one of the puppies was pregnant and had another 6 puppies. So, by now 9 dogs in the house.

Throughout this whole time, she ignored emails, ignored the damage to our house, and sided with the tenants despite them breaking the lease over and over. Had to hire a lawyer to fire Fort Lowell Realty and Sarah, and legally evict the tenants. If you value your house, keep it far away from Sarah and Fort Lowell Property Management.
