We sent $38,000 deposit for some machine parts to be delivered as part of a $500,000 contract. Harold said it be delivered by January so we could fulfill our commitments to our clients and he never delivered and refuses to refund our money. He uses BS to string people along and understand this is not the first, but rather the 22nd time he has had issues with delivering product to clients and charging more and keeping deposits for product never shipped. He and his company are not to be trusted, he speaks a big game and never delivers. This guy is a fraud

Jack cannot produce documents that do not exist. Tomorrow we will be acquiring a subpoena from the Maricopa County Arizona courts. We will then be verifying who wrote this phoney and venom filled "report". No problem Jack and Bob.

I am Harold Fortner owner of Fortner Precision. In my 23 years in business I have never accepted a deposit for any work that has not been delivered on time. I have not entered into any contracts for $500,000 for machine parts. I have never accepted a $38,000 deposit from Jack in Florence, Alabama. I have never been contracted by anyone in Florence, Alabama. This entire report is untrue and unfounded. If Jack has placed this deposit with us please provide a copy of the cancelled check and a copy of the purchase order or contract that we entered into with you and/or your company. If there are 22 other customers that have also given us deposits for product that was not delivered please provide the names and contact information for those customers so that we may contact them. AGAIN, I REITERATE THIS POSTING IS FALSE AND IS AN ATTEMPT TO DEFAME MY PERSONAL NAME AND THAT OF MY COMPANY.
