Deborah Loy from Foxtrot Corp Appraisal Management Company assigned three appraisal reports to my company ordered originally ordered by First Residential Mortgage Services and never paid me for them. I contacted First Residential Mortgage Services and they confirmed paymnet to Foxtrot Corp. Warning! Do NOT do business with this company. They are a bunch of ripoff artists. They Do NOT pay.
