Frank Gonzalez takes brokers fees via venmo so that you have no legal recourse and refuses to return funds and delays payments, indefinitely. He will bullsh*t you and say that hes going to repay you and that the owner of the apartment is the problem.

REAL ESTATE SCAM Artist. respect him for hustling, but, dont use services if you actually need to find an apartment in NYC
