This man claimed to be deaf and his wife was sick. Be said the realtor tried to charge his tenants twice the rent and didn't give him the excess. So he was doing everything personally. Told me to send the deposit by USPS or cash app. Send it to his assistant because he was already moved. Rent the money by USPS with signature. Finally called the realtor that it was under and found out that I wasn't the only one. Call the police and try to stop
