I hired a freelancer to build my website, paid $4,000 of the $10,000 I agreed on, freelancer.com ended up closing my freelancers account, with no respect to my ongoing project, I never received any website, and freelancer.com is telling me my money is gone and is unrecoverable.

Freelancer.com also told me to hire a new freelancer, in other words they are not upholding their on policy and I’m now out $4,000. This is a total scam and I want my $4,000 back, I’m not the one who closed this freelancers account, they did, therefore they are responsible.
