I replied to an ad on Craigslist, the ad doesn't say the name of the company. When they called to set up an interview the woman named April kept saying "FSM" very fast so you have no idea what the company is and feel bad for not knowing the company you applied to. 



I went to the interview which had a real office, but something was fishy because the interviewer, named Kelly, did all the talking, she only asked me one question which was three words to describe myself.  She said I would be in a management position, supervising an office of five employees selling fragrances and make $35,000 a year - pretty crazy when I have no management experience and never even replied to a job ad for management! 



She said to call back at 3 pm to see if I got a second interview... I did and of course got the second interview. The man on the phone told me they had chose me over many other applicants! He said to bring a notebook so I could start learning about the product during the 2nd interview!



I went home, did some research and found out the company was a scam. The next day, the day before my second interview was supposed to take place, the company called and left a message to REMIND me I had an interview and should dress nice and arrive early! When I didn't show up for my 2nd interview they called again!



From what I've read if you follow through with the 2nd interview they teach you about the product, leave you on your own to sell it, and never pay you.
