FX Edge LLC Tribe Forex This company keeps charging me monthly after I have cancelled my membership Gainsville Florida

I joined Tribe Forex (Parent company FX Edge LLC)about a year ago. They have different software products and daily market analysis to help you trade the forex market, and a member forum. I tried the different things they offered, most notably their Trade Copier which copies the trades they make into your account. After several weeks I was losing money, so I stopped using it. Sometime around July, I started emailing them requesting the cancellation of my membership. They did not respond and kept charging me. Finally in September I got a response. They said that my cancellation would be taken care of. The still kept charging me. Last month (Nov.) I contacted them again. They assured me that I would not be charged again. Well. guess what? I was charged again this month(Dec.)

These guys are very unethical. Their BBB rating is "F".
