Gables Residential Upper management not easy to work with-building is not ADA compliant and upper management does not care about disabled persons. I wait for the day a person in a wheelchair tries to enter any of their Wilton Manors, Florida

Do not think about moving to any of the Gables Residential properties- First, rental rates are sky high for contact paper cabinets- cheap stainless steel appliances- and floors that will never come clean- The midrise building is like a Motel 6 with cheap elevators that break down every other week.  Upper management does not care about disabled renters- they will break you lease and have you move before they will spend one penny to modify the apartments-One day a person in a wheelchair will try to open a door to get into the rental office and will not be able to get in-  I see a lawsuit waiting to happen?  I understand alot of illegal practices between the upper management giving jobs to residents/friends that they vacation with and drink with=don't most companies have an "ethics" code in place-  I called the corporate HR number and they never returned my call- guess he/she is getting a cut also-Better off renting a home or other community- do your research and don't settle for lip service.
