This women runs one very shady business. If you or your horse(s) have suffered the unfortunate experience of having to use her services, please submit a report to the Valley Center, CA District Attorney ASAP! The more people that complain the stronger the case that will be presented. Please help stop the physical & emotional distress being caused to more horses & their owners. Lets band together & remove this unprofessional equine transport service from our horse community. This nonsense needs to be stopped!

Bad Experience Before It Even Started!

I wish we would have read these complaints before having Gail pick up our horse. It would have saved us time and money! It would have also saved our friend time and money too.
We also have been dealing with Gail telling us one thing and actually doing something else. Always an excuse! I'm just thankful that no money changed hands for both us. I think people really need to be honest when they are in any kind of business but ESPECIALLY when it is live animals! All of us who need their horses transported are very concerned for their safety. For most people, they cannot transport their own horse so they have to rely on someone they do not know to help bring home or send an animal that is important to them. Someone like Gail should be ashamed of herself. She has read all the complaints and knows what people think but she continues to do the same. Hopefully, the word will get out about her business practices and it will stop. But for now, I'm glad it worked out the way it has.
