Gamecopywizard.com False advertisement, faulty "product", won't give me back a refund. Internet

The website claims the product will copy any games without modding your console, and burn them so you have a copy of the game if you damage your game beyond repair. Satisfaction is also guaranteed, or so they have advertised.

However, it is not a software, like they had advertised on the website, and they claim that within their "disclaimer" in which I could not find on their website, that they had said it was a guide to burnning the games instead of an actual software. Not only that, but the guide doesn't even work. Though you follow the steps merticulously and buy extra products to actually in hopes of copying your games, it doesn't work. Unsatisfied, and felt jerked around you go to them and ask for the refund, but they will try to sly their way around, and avoid giving you the refund, and they achieve that by asking you to do things that will just piss you off. Now that your anger reached it's peak, you try to file a complaint towards them through the clickbank.com, one of the method of payment, in which I had the mistake of paying through. The website doesn't have complaint page about the vendor that ripped you off, and the only option of complaint regarding to receiving your refund is sending a message to the people that scamed you, in which they ask you to do more meaningless things.

Pissed off completely after swearing and cursing at them, you report them to the FTC, hoping that one day those jerks get what they deserve, and hopefully, a refund well deserved.
