Unfortunately my complaint is similiar to many others on several review sites.
How does Gardner Brothers Drilling stay in business with this Stacy person working there? We were billed for more than the initial bid, for products and supplies not used, and they were way over the projected time of completion, which cost us.
All I got was attitude when I brought up the discrepancies, I told her I'd speak to the owner instead. Stacy scoffed and went as far as insulting the OWNERS, calling them "oblivious" and "stupid" for the things they do for her, such as, but not limited to, utilizing the shop for her kids' car repairs, buy endless amounts of parts on their vendor accounts, use company employees for personal reasons on their dime, and pay for hotels so she can take vacation days.
The owners of Gardner Brothers Drilling is allowing this ungrateful hag to take advantage of their kindness and finances, they should rethink who they choose to represent their business.
I highly DO NOT recommend.
We're now using L&R Drilling and haven't had any issues.
