I recommend that you stay clear from this company.  Extremely unprofessional and hostile ownership. I have been a businesswoman for over 20 years and I could not imagine ever treating a customer in a foul manner that this company's owner or management treated me.  The phone number they call you on is under Oscar Perry.  However,  the company is registered under Robert Kleb, Jason, Kleb and Stephen B. Dipietro.

I first contacted this company to fix a toilet flange at my mom's home.  This plumber, Jason, rather than speaking directly with me, spoke with my tenant's boyfriend, who does not live on the property.  Although I agree my tenant's boyfriend should have not meddled in affairs that were not his business, Jason should have directed the entire conversation to the person that was paying the bill.

It is my assumption that the boyfriend convinced Jason that the toilet leak was resulting from a septic tank plumber, that Jason did not even bother to lift the toilet to exam it to see if indeed it was a broken flange problem.  Besides, that is what he was hired to do.  He was not hired to determine whether I had a septic tank problem or not.  Needless to say, that per Jason's admittance, he did not bother to lift the toilet to see the flange, yet charged me a visit fee.

When I spoke with Jason about disputing the bill, he became extremely hostile claiming that it was not a flange problem, but a septic tank problem.  Obviously, he did not want to work that day.  How did he know that the flange was not broken if he never even lifted the toilet?  In fact, is billing statement also claims that there is no problem with the flange?

Well, I contacted his office, to discuss this problem with the owner.  I claimed, in writing through text, that I would be receiving estimates from two other plumbers and if they confirmed that the flange was the problem, I would be disputing the petty $125.00 charge and providing the written estimate plus photos of the what was repaired. I would have not bothered to dispute the $125.00 charge if Jason would have lifted the toilet and confirmed that the flange did not have a problem.

Needless to say, I encountered an even more hostile human being, claiming to be William.  Without listening to what occurred, he not only accused me of being a liar but also threatened to contact the county and report an issue with the septic tank, claiming that my family members will be removed from the property.   I was quite surprised to be hearing this from a claimed professional but it did not phase me since I have an attorney husband that claimed there were no grounds for his claim.

Update:  I called a secondary plumber, a true professional, that confirmed that indeed there was a flange problem and he repaired the flange and the toilet is no longer leaking.  He took before and after photos that I will be providing to the merchant company for a claim for a refund.

This plumbing company followed with the threats and contacted the county to report the septic tank, but the investigator did not issue a violation, closed the case and found the claim unwarranted.

I am horrified by how this company attempted to do harm to a customer for their lack of professionalism.  Their plumber did not want to do the job.  In fact, Jason claimed he had an emergency at another job when he contacted me.  I would have rather they canceled the appointment, but why cancel when you can get $125.00 for doing nothing.

My septic tank had nothing to do with the job that they were hired for, but since I called them out on the ripoff, the chose to deviate the accusation and attempt to place blame on the customer.

Don't hire this company.  Their business practices are extremely unethical.
