I came across this shop on 5/8/2014 and bought two MVP IIS batteries, one was a clone for $60.00 and one was original for $80.00.  The warranty on the receipt was 90 days for the clone and 1 year for the Original according to the owner Carlton.

The Clone went bad on 5/25/2014, I went back and asked the owner Carlton to check it out, he looked at it and came back with “I don't know what is wrong with it” and “it had to be sent to the manufacturer”, I asked to him to send it and he refused saying I should do it myself. I paused and I said that's fine, give me their address and I will, he said he doesn't have the address and I should "Help my Self" and find the address myself ... baffled I looked at him, his partner or employee standing next to him and my son next to me and pretended that I miss heard him and I repeated what he said with a question make and for sure his answer came back the same ": You have to help yourself".

I was shocked, you sold me this two weeks ago and I have my receipt where he wrote the 90 days and the 12 months warranty, it has been 16 days since I bought both MVPs and you are not honoring the warranty?  He became defensive and started accusing me of buying Clones from stores around town and coming back with bad batteries for replacement... very weird... at that moment I decided to leave as this is not a reasonable person to talk with, also a very bad business model with unfriendly customer service.

My next step is the BBB and the Texas Attorney General and hopefully would not have to go to small claims court but if I have I will. In the meantime stay away, there are many good businesses that sell E-Cig Products and have excellent record of customer satisfaction and respect.

It is not right to be accused of fraud when you are claiming warranty on a product that you paid for.

You can't please some people, no matter what.

Enough is enough, just as I suspected, you were not interested in FasTTech/Cloud Commerce Systems Contact information for a resolution, merely barking, and abusing legitimate channels to seek relief. You didn't want to contact the vendor for support. You wanted to replace an old beat up fake battery with a new authentic one.

Do whatever you think you need to do, I am done trying to help and answer your ridicoulus claims. I will no longer attempt to kindly respond to your delusional statements. You are a liar, a cheat, and an idiot! And you're pissed that you got caught in your deception. Just don't ever come to our store, crooks, liars and scammers like you are not welcome, and you will be physically and unkindly ejected from the premises.

BRING IT ON, ED

Prove it

Ed,

We are way past this. You know as well as I do (as we discussed at our store) clones, fakes, replicas do not have identifying serial nubers etc. So your point concerning the POS system is moot. What we can say with 100% certainty is that the clone you brought into my store was not defective, it worked with several of our atomizers, just not your atomizer. Please don't confuse the issue, you brought in a device claiming that it was defective, and it was not. You are not entitled to a warranty claim on a device that is not defective, and does not have a warranty. The device you brought in to exchange for an authentic Innokin was a beat up device, scratched, nicked and well worn. It would not have been eligible for a warranty claim or return even if it was an authentic Innokin in the condition it was in when you brought it in.

If you had truly wanted the information of the distributor of the REPLICA you purchased, you would have taken the information and not insisted on a credit/return. Please note the distributor information below

Prove that I am a fraud.

Since you rang me up on your POS (Point Of Sale System), then I don't see a problem in you pulling up your inventory list and my sales transaction and prove that the device I have was not sold in your store.

That would have been simple and would have cleared this issue then and there and you will see that it was sold in yoru store to me on 5/8/2014.

Also, why wouldn’t you refuse to give me the manufacturer address so I can ship the device for warranty repair along with the receipt?

You can still do that now, post the manufacturer address and I will ship the device for warranty repair.

For your information, I never ever owned an MVP device before, that was the first time EVER that I bough or used one.

You're confusing me with someone else Mr. Brown.

Response to Ed M. complaint

AUTHOR: GYVO - ()

POSTED: Saturday, May 31, 2014

Ed M. Came in to our store telling us a story about another clone MVP he had purchased elsewhere, and that it stopped functioning. He wanted to replace it with an authentic Innokin MVP. (this product has a 90 day MFR. warranty) . I sold him the Innokin, he then wanted to purchase a clone MVP as a "gift". I attempted to sell him an authentic at a discount (since he was buying two), but he insisted on purchasing a replica. (Clones/Replica's do not have a warranty). He came back to my store two weeks later and brought in a nicked, scratched up, and well worn MVP replica stating that it was the one he purchased two weeks ago, and that the device did not work. We removed his atomizer, and replaced it with a house atomizer, and the device functioned perfectly. We put his atomizer back on , and the device did not read it. His atomizer did not have the coil installed correctly, but he refused to listen, insisting that this beat up device was the new one he purchased. We again replaced the atomizer on his device and the device functioned as designed. He insisted that his tank was perfect, and that the battery was defective although it worked with our house atomizers. He wanted to apply his original purchase price towards an authentic MVP. He was ridiculous in his blatant attempt to pawn off an old beat up clone as new. Not to mention the fact that the poor old battery was not defective. We did our best to help him despite the circumstances. We don't need people that try to commit fraud and then abuse social media to cry foul when thwarted. Ed, you didn't fool us, and you're not fooling anyone else, take your non business somewhere else.
