I too am a victim of the same type of action in this case. I had $114.00 deducted from my account without permission. I only authorized $4.95 for shipping and handling for a trial. I never approved the purchase for $114.00. The company should state in the advertising that they will take the money, even if you do not respond to agree to it. They should at lease send an e-mail to get authorization before proceeding to take your money.
