I was hired by Sam and GiftsofDC.com to help them with their 3 ecommerce sites. I billed them at $30 per hour and we started out great. I billed them for hours, gave them an invoice and they paid. This went on for several weeks and then Sam said he was in a bind and would i mine if he could pay me twice a month. I agreed because he was faithful in the begining.
Right now i have done over about 13 hours worth of work and have not been paid. They paid me $100 and after that i have not seen anything ... I re did their website and did a ton of SEO work which they continue to benifit from but they have not paid me. Instead i got an email from Sam saying i owe the money back to him becuase i did all the work but never showed him how it was done.
I just want to be paid for the time i put in.
