1) Dealership Manager misrepresented value of my trade-in at $2500.00... model was a permium LS Mercury Marquis with under 75,000 miles and he and his finance officer represented high end value at $2500. Less than seven days later the dealership had my trade-in(as-is it was given them) listed at $5995.00.. a 58% increase in price. Proving once again, figures do not lie but General Manager figurer's certainly do. (Internet prints canbe provided on request)

2) Radiator was never properly flushed (pictures can be provided upon request) and dealer flat refuses to remedy.

3) Dealer touts their all encompassing pre-bu checklist by their mechanic. He must have been blind folded. Hood shocks leak profusely and will not hold hood up. Back trunk Buick Logo missing the letter 'K' which is glued on.

I spoke to Wade Matheson, C. Keeling, and Rick Honeycutt on July 1st and July 3rd about the Radiator Flush and how it was improperly done. Also spoke to their service manager on 7/3/20. I left voice mail twice for Wade Matheson on July 3rd and July 10th: July 3rd and July 10th on the Buick Logo missing the letter 'K' on rear, July 10th on all three items listed herein and the ripoff of my trade-in that he personally said it was not a premium model, not valued over $2500, and then listed it on his dealer website at a 58% increase ($5995)

Desired Outcome: Flush radiator properly at dealership cost. Replace front hood shocks at dealership cost. Replace back trunk font 'K' on Buick silver logo at dealership cost.

Honeycutt finally speaks up

This rebuttal is from Rick Honeycutt who works for the dealership as a salesman and he is fully aware that I was misled and lied to.  Therefore no other time allotted to this rebuttal is worth anyone's time further.

Reality

Here is a dose of reality for you.  You were given wholesale value for your trade in, which is what any dealer would give. Dealers don't make money if they give you what you car is worth retail when you trade. Did YOU independently check what your car was worth before you went to the dealer?

Did you willingly agree to the dealers offer? If so, you have no complaint.  Did you take the car to your mechanic and get it checked out BEFORE yoiu bought it?  If not, you took the car as is and the dealer does not have to do anything about your complaints. That is how car trading works...................
