When I get a call, it won’t go through even after pressing #5 then it hangs up. On many occasions after pressing #5 the voice prompt then loops around again. Contacting support@globaltel.com listed on GTL website to report this issue, is a waste of time. I even had one Rep tell me they are not associated with GTL when the email said contact them.
