GLOBE LIFE AN ACCIDENT INSURANCE COMPANY I HAVE BEEN WITH THIS COMPANY FOR 81/2 YEARS THE MORE I PAY THE MORE THEY SAY I HAVE MISSING PAYMENTS FROM YEARS AGO OKLAHOMA CITY, Oklahoma

i have been with globe life insurance company for 81/2 years i had 6 life insurance policys with this company. in oct, 2010 i received a letter saying my insurance was not paid , i called globe talked to a rep she told that she only showed a money order for 26.00 i told her that the money order was for 126.00 she called me a liar, so she told me to put a trace on the m.o. i told her i wanted a supervisor to come to the phone one did his name was rick he told me that he see the money is for 126.00 for all 6 policys, rick the supervisor told me i had to wait for the m.o. company to send the rest of the money back to them this is the first error they made , which made my november payment late, so after that my payment statements were coming with the wrong dates on them so i them would write on the statement please change dates on billing ,

i called them in in december 2011 i got a letter saying that one of my policys was cancelled an a check for 13.89 i called the lady named ms. hrenadez said it lasped in october. i told her it was paid so then i sent proof, of all payments they said  oct 2011 was not paid. i sent receipts showing it was but they cancelled a policy that was paid for then in 3/2012 i called them to see why my dates on the billing an why they cancelled a policy that was paid for in full. so i spoke yo a leah tease she told i was missing dec 2008, feb,2008 an april 2008, an she sent me the payment history for all 6 accounts. i went thur them all an found several mis-applied monies to all 6 accounts so i sent her my check statements for those she said were missing. then after i sent them my billing statements were still wrong so i wrote a letter an put it inside my  billing envelope, telling them the dates were wrong.

 so i get another letter in may 16, 12 saying i know am missing may 2011 an march 2012 so i sent proof again for all 6 peoples money order receipts an i received another payments history , i wrote them back agian an told them the dates were wrong an i was not behind or missing any payments. i send with my payments copies of my payments from 11-2011 to 9-2012 every month i included these copies. so last week i get a letter an a phone call saying one ofmy policy had not been paid .i sent a letter with proof of payment for that person on 9-7-12 i got a letter saying i know owe for dec, 2008 dec,2010 march 2012 november 2010 may 2011 oct. 2012 is not here yet .augusst 2007, feb 2008 march 2008 december 2009, so each letter they come up with differnt dates.

 so this is now my 9th time sending proof of payments. so i sent all that  to them last week then on9-13-12 i get a never letter after my 9th proof sent now they are saying i owe for feb, 08 dec,08 march 2009. i mailed the 10th proof today 9-24-12 i have been going thur this for months. on my history reports u can see their errors to my accounts the one they cancelled that was paid i just let it go because i have another policy for that person with another  companty. but i am still owed money for that cancelled policy. i have no idea who is getting my proofs of payments an i never received any notice of missing money not 5 years ago or now i only owe for september 2012..  

this company is ripping me off they won't take responsilbilty  for they have made a big mistake to my investment an my families final expenses, so when the error happen in oct 2010 with the mistaken 126.00 m/.o. counted as 26.00 i sent them the paper. i wrote down what rick the supersivor said it would take a minute to get the funds back from the m.o. company so this would make my account look behind. i sent them paper of our conversation an they still keep saying i owe when if i owe all them years back they would have sent late an cancellation notices years ago. every letter i send they send me back more dates that were already paid. so i have to spend money sending them proo ten times cost 2.00 to mail a yellow envelope full of receipts. i told them i will continue to fight an write them until they fix they errors  an say they are sorry for all this that has been going,

this is a rip off .they are taking people money an mis handling money an someone is not doing his or her job. i am really ready to look into taking leagal  action against them for fraud by deception .i have invested 8 1/2 years of my money with  globe i have been called a liar an treated very rudely by their reps.. i thought i was doing the right thing by preparing for my self an my familys final expense would be taken care of an my payment historys show major errors to all 6 accounts which is now 5 o also sent proof  showing the 6 policy should not have been cancelled it was paid i full. an they sent  payment hitstory showing it was paid when cancelled...

this company needs to be investigated an how many senoir citizens they have ripped off ,,,i will continue  to file complaints an to keep fighting them until they fix their errors an apply my money to my accounts. every letter they send with missing payments i send them a long letter an copies of my checks an money order receipts..

 please help me to stop this company from ripping me off an other consumers who may have been with them as  long as i have. all i know if myself or one of my family members passes away i want all my money, from my policys, now its time to pay them again an each month i pay my bill i put copies of all my payments in each one from a0-2011 to sept 2012 .in the beginning  i was paying all 6 in one money order for 126.00   but when the error happen they made to my money the supervisor told me to but 6 money orders an stamps so i pay every bodys  seperate

...please help me to get justice form being ripped off..an so this will not happen to someone else who trusted them an faithfully paid their bill like i have...
