Please take notice that Cross-complainants Norma Galmarini, Paul Galmarini, and Globopak, LLC  (“Cross-complainants”) have filed a cross-complaint against Jorge Reynoso, Distribucion Global S. De R.L. De C.V. and ROES 1-10, in the Superior Court of San Bernardino County (California), in the matter of Jorge Reynoso v. Norma Galmarini, et al. case number CIVRS 1305255 (“the Action”), for commercial defamation, due to allegedly false statements made by the author of the original report(#1090667), “Globopak,LLC Norma BonillaNorma GalmariniPaul Galmarini Globo-pak is a scammer / es una empresa estafadora California California.”  In the Action, Cross-complainants seek to subpoena the records of Xcentric Ventures, LLC for your identifying contact information to be sent to Reid & Hellyer at: 3880 Lemon St., Fifth Floor, P.O. Box 1300, Riverside, CA 92502-1300.  Cross-complainants have served a subpoena on Xcentric Ventures, LLC, the company that owns and operates this website, to reveal your identities.  You may have a right to file and serve a response to the subpoena anonymously.
