Gloval TV Products BEWARE TV ads by these guys Deerfield Beach, Florida

In December 2011 I saw a tv ad for the "lil pie maker".  Was vaguely interested and checked out the website.  As is routine with this type tv ad, they said: "but WAIT, we'll send you two - all you have to do it pay the extra shipping...etc, etc."  No need for two of these things but I filled out all the required order info, attempting without success to order just one set.  When I found it was impossible to order just one set I CLOSED the web page without placing the order.

On Wednesday, March 28, 2012, there suddenly appeared a charge to my Mastercard for $28.85 with no explanation except "GCL*BUYFROMTVPRODUCTDEERFIELD BEACHFLUS"  After extensive research I was able to determine that this was a seller of miscellaneous products advertised on tv.  I also discovered the Mastercard number was one that was invalid as of January 2012 due to marriage and a name change.  I finally found the customer service website for these guys and left telephone messages and sent an email demanding the charge be removed from my account. 

I did receive a phone call advising me that the visit to the website that I closed before placing the rder was entered as an order that was somehow processed 3 months later, and that I would have to wait for the order to arrive, refuse and return it, before a refund would be made.  How desperate are these people to dig back 3 months and fill orders that weren't finalized by entering the "Place Your Order"???
