Go RV Network Inc Phantom RV Service Warranty Springs Branch Texas

After several weeks of correspondence with Jason of Go RV Warranty, I authorized (by telephone) a credit card purchase of their 48-month 48,000 mile $100 deductible exclusionary service warranty for my 2005 Itasca motor home, to include a seven-year tire warranty.  Total premium was $3,374.00, posted to my VISA on 28 Sep 2011.

I received Policy No AA00105424, effective 09/26/2011, signed on 9/26/11 by someone as “dealer representative”, asking me to countersign and return, which I did the following day.  The policy’s header reads “Allegiance, Home of CSI Care™”.

Thinking my return of an original signature countersignature constituted full execution of the agreement; I thought nothing about it and placed a photocopy of the policy in my motor home for future reference.  That is, until June of 2013 while on a trip to the Pacific Northwest and my motor home refrigerator failed.  I called the prescribed Allegiance claim number (877.692.7422) to obtain authorization for the refrigerator repair.  Imagine my shock to be told there was no policy in place as they had never received payment from GO RV Network!  They also informed me that GO RV Warranty went out of business a few months previous.

I talked to a supervisor and, upon my request; Allegiance emailed me a scan of an unsigned letter they allegedly sent me, titled Notice of Rejection of Application.  The letterhead gives their mailing address as Administrator, 400 Metro Place North, Suite 300, Dublin OH 43017.  The strange thing is, this letter, which I never recall receiving, was dated 09/19/2012 A FULL YEAR AFTER PAYMENT WAS MADE TO GO RV WARRANTY!
