I had changed my cell number which is attached to my Go Daddy account in their two step security authorization which I approved months ago.  I attempted to log in to my account but forgot my password.  The system sent a code to my now defunct former mobile number as part of their two step security authorization which of course did me no good since that number is no longer in use by me.  I contacted customer support at Go Daddy at least three if not four times concerning this issue.  My first contact was as I recall the first week of November, 2020.

The CSR was of course not in the USA and had no idea how to solve this issue, each time I called, the CSR was useless and not helpful.  Then I sent an email and was sent a link to file a very specific letter that they require, the verbiage of which is provided by GoDaddy, I was to cut and paste and email this message to

twostepcancel@godaddy.com to request they cancel the two step authorization and send my access authorization code to the email on file, instead of the now disconnected mobile phone number.

I received after a full week, a response that asked for me to send a photo of me (selfie) holding my DMV Government issued photo ID so they can confirm my identity.

On November 25, 2020, I did what they asked and complied with everything they claimed they needed for me to regain access to my domains and my account, so I can update my contact information and my new phone number and new mailing address.

They ignore my messages and continue to be unresponsive.

I now wish to move all my domains to a more trusted and professional domain registry company but have no access to my account nor can I get anyone to work with me.

I am now convinced that I am being ripped off.  Many of the domains I have are worth six figures and deal with the cryptocurrency and blockchain industry.  I am in the process of selling many of these domain I own, but again am being thwarted by their consistent reluctance to communicate with me and solve my access issues.

The only reasonable conclusion is that the company is attempting to confiscate my property and defraud me.

I will accept any help you or anyone can give me to force this issue and regain my accessd to MY Property.

Thank You.
