I purchased several samples from this company and was highly disappointed.  While Lorna may seem helpful while taking your money she has no interest in resolving quality issues and will sale you a pipe dream. Our company was very specific in what we were looking for and she assured us that she sold "raw unprocessed virgin hair" in her words.  She also has a very impressive website of picture that are not hers.  None of the hair received in the 8 bundles we purchased looked anything like the advertised hair on her website. What's even more suspicious is as we continued to research vendors we came across Goddess Hair (the actual company that is being reviewed on YouTube that we mistaken her company for) She has almost the same logo as this company! While nervous after we discovered this we still held out hope that the website was accurate.

This hair IS NOT Virgin Hair and quite frankly I cannot tell you what it is.  It smells like very processed low quality hair blended perhaps with something (I cannot say if it is animal hair, synthetic hairs or fibers) but I know that the only thing I can do at this point is throw it in the trash.  I would not even give this hair to someone for fear of health issues.

This hair was poor quality coming right out of the packs, had some type of greasy feel to it ,completely broke down when we tried to color it, did not take color or bleach, the hair that attempted to change barely changed by a shade if at all, there was massive shedding, the wefts on the so called "elite temple hair" was ratty, the hair again had some type of substance on it, it almost seemed like it had been used before, there was massive shedding, the ends were damged and split and we tested this “elite hair alongside Remy grade beauty supply store hair the beauty supply store hair actually colored better and shed less than this $90 a bundle 8 inch “elite” hair. 

I was actually searching for a review forum in order to post my experience with this company and came across this report. I wish I had come across this sooner, it would have saved us almost $400.  While I do not feel comfortable referring to someone as a scam artist, I will say she is out to make a quick buck and does not sale what is advertised. 

I actually contacted Lorna prior to writing this review to give her an opportunity to rectify this situation and she blew this off perhaps because she already received our cash. She did not offer a response or solution to any of the issues we described here or in email to her. And she can respond here and I will be happy to post her emails of what she promised and our response of what we got. I hope this helps someone else in their quest to find great HONEST people and QUALITY hair. Its sad because I can’t even say you get what you paid for because we paid for quality and got crap ($180 for two 8 inch "Elite" bundles and $155 for 6 very small wholesale samples which are so small by the way all 6 weigh less than a regular 3.5 bundle again falsely advertised on her site). All I can say is BUYER BEWARE!

PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME.

I didnt send you the cheap chinese over process hair that you wanted and are accustomed, Nooo, Instead, I did the unthinkable and send you SUPERIOR  fine quality luxorious 100% Purest FRESH cut ponytail hair  used to make 1pcs custom weft by our FACTORY .This quality is special design our Elite Goddess clients who are seeking the best and not over process asian hairs....

After YOU complained of cheap quality asian relax/dye/mix craps so called human hair & YOUR LIVING LICE PROBLEM, I suggest the Purest quality natural wash and curl pattern as discussed which could not be reprocessed to a tight curly( since it was just bleach from natural to 613) and was explained and you forgot,  you agreed to accepting the lack of the over process curls for real high quality remy which would and will last 12months longer than the cheap 3 month hair you told me you been buying, althought I should have NEVER taken your 1pcs custom order, I did to help you out and this is the payment!!!

The item is custom made and pattern was discussed, it doesnt have quality problem , its no returns/refund for custom items any company and not here , let along someone who agreed to a pattern with best quality hair , complaining? OMG!!!

Finally after knowing that your hair is without fault, It was not accepted because I personally do not wear 613 Blonde, if it was natural raw virgin I would have gladly accept our superior quality human hair back...

I am also a victim of Goddess Weaves and have dealt with Lorna, the owner. I ordered product after spending hours on the phone with Lorna. I made three payments of 75.33 and after all three payments were made found out from Lorna, she had ordered the wrong hair and then had no record of the hair I ordered. When I sent her the proof, a photo of the hair we agreed on through the "Whats Up Application" she still denied it .I asked for a refund which she refused. 

I ordered curly hair because I have had 10 operations to my hands and it is very painful and difficult to curl my hair. Lorna ordered straight hair in error then told me I would just have to curl the hair myself. The entire reason I ordered curly hair was so that I wouldn't have to hurt and injure myself further trying to curl it myself. 

(From the beginning Lorna had me download the "What's Up application" in order to communicate with her). I provided the photo of the hair we agreed to which she said she could no longer locate. She sent this photo to me not the other way around . Because the hair was expensive, we agreed to 3 monthly payments which were paid earlier than agreed.  To this date, I have not received any product nor a refund of any monies. Furthermore, Lorna will not communicate with me in any way. 

My comment is to tell the person filing this complaint and all others attempting to contact Lorna by phone (as she states to do in her rebuttal) Lorna does not answer her phone nor does she return phone calls. In fact, I receive a voicemail recording each and every time I call. Paypal called her several times and left messages as well as my bank, Wells Fargo. Not only does Lorna not answer  any of my phone calls, she does not return phone calls to paypal or banking institutions either. 

The only time she Lorna was available to me by phone was to take my credit card for payments and to convince me to order hair from her company, Goddess Weaves. I first contacted her through her site "Chat" menu and then she called me. Any other time I have initiated ontacted with Lorna by phone as she states is all it takes to get in contact with her, I get a recording and do not hear back from her. I have also contacted her through her site Chat again and through company emails all of which go unresponded to.

Basically, Lorna stole money from a single, disabled woman on a fixed income. She knew all of this because I told her during our lengthy phone conversation. If she can do this to someone like me, she can do it to anyone. 

Do not trust Lorna, she will say whatever it takes to obtain your money, then hide when it comes down to producing the product you ordered and will flat out tell you there is no way to get your money back and that Paypal can not help you or your bank and you know what, she was right. All because I made payments. This somehow disqualified me from Paypal making good on their promise as well as Wells Fargo. Both said their hands were tied but both said they would try to contact her and did while I was on the phone with them. Again, she did not answer and she did not return their calls or mine. 

Bottom line, No one can reach her. Don't believe what her rebuttal states as it is fabricated lies. I encourage anyone having difficulty with this company to file a rip off report and purchase the Rip off revenge book as that will be my next step in obtaining the refund I am entitled to. 

Stealing is illegal and is a criminal act. I intend on treating this company as such moving forward. I hope you do the same.

We have been doing business for 10yrs+ now and not once  got such complain, I do not know what happen in your situation but all of our clients love our Virgin hair and are return clients, I am not sure why you would make up such a story about our company, maybe you should not be wearing weaves at all in your condition,  totally shocked to see this review ..  we supply worldwide local and International clients , many are stylist themselves, salon owners as well as small business and are repeat clients and have never heard such a story,  all our hairs are 100% Virgin Human hair peroid!
